Stuart MacLean is a well-known video essayist with over 10 000 subscribers on YouTube. In this collaboration, I brought one of his most popular video essays “Eurovision is dying… It can only blame itself” to a printed medium to reach a wider audience. In creating this editorial illustration, I wanted to clearly showcase the self-inflicted demise of the contest as described in the title.
