Beatričė Baronaitė Lau is a designer and illustrator with over 7 years of experience in creative design. In 2018, she graduated from Shillington Graphic Design College in London and returned to Lithuania after her studies. For five years, she worked at the packaging design agency Étiquette, where she started as a junior designer and grew into the role of art director.

She currently works at DADADA studio, where she creates visual identities, concepts, and experiential spaces. Beatričė is also an active freelance illustrator - her work appears on packaging, textiles, music covers, and in publishing. Since the beginning of 2025, she has been leading the design department at Eurodiena.lt, the largest Eurovision news publication in Lithuania.

Her clients include „Pergalė“, „Akvilė“, LRT (Lithuanian Radio and Television), Rūta MUR, „Dione“ ice cream, „Gubernija“, „Utenos-Švyturys“ beer and many others.
